Contur 600 |
|
| Wall rail 5110 is secured to the wall for every 400 mm 12 mm above the finished ceiling level. | |
| Girder sections are installed for every 600 mm by pushing the sections into the wall panel and slinging them from the ceiling at a cc-distance of 1500 mm. Subsequently a distance retainer is installed on top of the cross-sections next to the slings. | |
Frieze profiles
Cross-section (6422069) is installed crosswise of the grid section as a demarcation between the acoustic ceiling and frieze solution. Subsequently cross-section (6442069) is cut and installed into the grid section and into the wall panel for every 600 mm. If the frieze width exceeds 300 mm, the cross-sections are installed for every 300 mm.

Tectopanels, which have bevelled edges, or building boards for filling with edge rail KS13 are used as frieze tiles. Both boardtypes are screwed into the wall rail and cross-section. Check the angle and perforation against opposite friezes, which is important on account of the subsequent installation of elements in the acoustic section.
